I bought a garden furniture set from Inside Out Living last summer and was so happy with the quality, and service that I received, that I knew I’d be back shopping with them again.

After (finally) completing my kitchen renovation, I just recently ordered my new kitchen table and chairs from ioliving. Well, they are just perfect and again I received exceptional customer service from the team, along with prompt and punctual delivery.

I honestly can’t fault the company and recommend them to anyone who will listen! If only more companies were like this! Keep up the good work Inside Out Living! :)

This company took my money for a set of tables and chairs in May 2022 and I didn't get the complete order until September 2022. Then the chairs that were sent to me were broken on three occasions. I was informed that I would receive some compensation but this never happened.

Would never buy from them again!

Absolutely brilliant company.
Ordered a dining table from them. Arrived when they said it would and two man delivery to the room required. Unfortunately we decided the table wasn’t for us (no fault of IOliving) and decided to return it. Customer service was amazing, they had it picked up within two days and refund back in our account quickly. I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to appreciate this brilliant business. Will definitely be ordering again! 5*****

This company is excellent. We had a problem with a garden table which was damaged by the umbrella falling over. The manufacturers (Hartmann) refused to deal with it - we had only had it three weeks. However, Inside Out Living have replaced it and have kept constantly in touch with us about what was happening. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Quite simply excellent customer service.
Apart from the basics of keeping us informed as the order progressed and a speedy delivery time (4 days from order date), when we did come across a problem with one of the items (no fault of theirs), I received a response within 30 minutes to each and every email I sent them, and the faulty item was replaced within 4 working days.

Excellent service, price, next day delivery and a quality product. Several ways to pay and interest free payment options, with various levels of down payment.
We bought two sets of Hartman chairs. One with a small round table and one with the table between the chairs. Superb quality, hardwearing synthetic rattan. So comfortable and the added bonus of being able to buy covers.
All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

We ordered our Bramblecrest furniture and it arrived within a few days. We’re delighted with the customer service and price. This furniture is fantastic quality and very comfortable. Would definitely order from Outdoor Living again with full confidence as opposed to a recent experience with John Lewis where I waited 4 months for similar outdoor furniture (different brand) which then had to be returned due to it being very uncomfortable and poor quality - and it was more expensive than Bramblecrest.

We ordered our new patio set online so bought unseen. However we needn't have worried as it arrived well packaged, with clear instructions to assemble. Delivery was on time and they put parcels where we asked. Product was as stated. Very good quality and comfortable. Excellent alround service. Would recommend

Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect set, but decided to keep it ( at the moment, still disappointed with myself)
The delivery men were fantastic ,installed and removed all packaging. Assured me that I could change it if I wasn’t happy and that I had 14 days.They we’re so polite and helpful.Can’t thank them enough.It was my mistake NOT the shop.

I’ve only given one star because I can’t give zero. I have over the past five years bought the parasol that went with my furniture three times. The mechanism of the parasol is poor and stops working, and that’s it, you can’t fix it yourself because it’s all internal and you can’t get to it. The furniture set is great and I would give it five stars but the parasol is not fit for purpose.

Excellent and efficient customer service when I had to contact them and I was also kept informed of the progress of my delivery at all times. Very pleased with my purchase as I got my item at a very competitive price also I had free delivery as the item cost over a certain amount it qualified for this which was a good bonus.
